Hi Cyril, yes you can download an earlier version. We make all our old versions of Nisus Writer Pro available via our version archive.
You'll see that each version has its supported system versions listed. It looks like the most recent version that can run on Mac OSX 10.10.5 is Nisus Writer Pro version 2.1.
