Solana Beach, CA - October 4, 2009 - Nisus Software today announces the release of Nisus Writer Pro 1.3.1 and Nisus Writer Express 3.3.1, their critically acclaimed word processors for Mac OS X, and Nisus Thesaurus, their free thesaurus.
Nisus Writer Pro 1.3.1 contains fixes for Snow Leopard compatibility issues. There have also been some bug fixes since the release of Pro 1.3.
Nisus Writer Express 3.3.1 contains new features and fixes for Snow Leopard compatibility. New features include an all new document manager, a style library, the ability to attach the active document to a new email message (in Mail.app and Entourage only), a selection history (allowing users to jump to prior editing locations), and an option to automatically capitalize the first word of each sentence during typing (this is disabled by default).
Nisus Thesaurus 1.0.6 adds compatibility with Services in Snow Leopard (Mac OS X10.6).
System Requirements
Nisus Writer Express, Nisus Writer Pro, and Nisus Thesaurus are universal binaries and require Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) or later.
