Solana Beach, CA - May 19, 2011 - Solana Beach, California - Nisus Software has announced the release of Nisus Writer Pro 2, their critically acclaimed word processor for Mac OS X. The new features in Nisus Writer Pro 2 include track changes, a suite of drawing tools (shapes, lines, floating text boxes), watermarks, paragraph-level borders and shading, EPUB export, a customizable "special characters" menu and palette, and saved PDF files create clickable links for cross-references, page numbers in generated TOCs/Indexes, and hyperlinks.

Nisus Writer Pro 2 is a universal binary and requires Mac OS 10.4.11 (Tiger) or later.

Nisus Writer Pro 2 is available now at the Nisus web store for only $79.00 (USD). An upgrade version is available for $49.00. A three license Family Pack is also available for $99.00. Versions on CD are available for an additional $10.00 plus shipping.
