A new user asking for assistance

I paid for Nisus Writer Express through Paypall and downloaded the program on June 27th. I have not been provided a license number that the demo program asks for when I open the NWE program and I still get the watermark on print outs. I have sent emails to support@nisus. com (on 6/29th) and to the webmaster of this forum (6/27th) as well as feedback after payment (on 6/27th) all of which have gone unanswered.

I would welcome any suggestions or advice from anyone using this forum as to how to proceed and who to contact for a response to this issue from a strangely unresponsive organization.
