Feature request: Highlight color names

It would be great to be able to name the highlight colors in NWP. For example I typically try to maintain a color coding of highlights for things like:
- Look up the reference on the highlighted text
- Reword this
- Expand on this
- Delete this?

This would be similar to how the OS allows you to rename labels.

I do this through Styles, although the shortcoming is that the Styles don't appear highlighted in the palette.

Thanks for the tip, this is actually a better way to do it as then I can search for all instances of a particular highlight type.
