Title for endnotes - below divider line?

Post by dcloues »

I'm trying to insert a header for my endnotes, below the dividing line but above the notes. I'd like it to end up looking something like this:

[last paragraph of body text]

_________

Notes

1. ...
2. ...

Unfortunately, the best I can come up with involves disabling the default line and creating (at the bottom of the body of my document) a table with my header text and a border along the top. Is there a better way?

Thanks!

I think your idea to disable the automatic line and create your own using a table is the best you can do.

Thanks, Martin. I was hoping there would be a simpler way, but this works well enough. And once it's printed, no one will ever know...
