Text Colour Shortcut

Post by jennydiski »

Is there a keyboard shortcut to change text colour to red? Or can I make one -- if I can, could someone tell me how (in terms a techno-idiot can understand)? Thanks.

In NWP Preferences tab to Menu Keys.
Click 'Format' under the 'Menu' column to the left. This will show all sub-menus under Format.
Scroll to 'Text Color', and then click 'Red'.
Place the cursor in the box under 'Red' in the right column.
Press the key or keys of your choice to set the shortcut.
Remember you can use multi-letter shortcuts of up to three letters.

Make your life even easier Jenny ... also set up a short-cut for black so you can go back without having to mess around. I use Cmd-RR and Cmd-BB.
