Mail Merge from CSV

I was expecting NRP to read the first line of the CSV file to pick up the headers or fields for insertion into the document as placeholders. Do I have to do this manually? It does it for Address Book fields.

Yes, when you insert a merge placeholder for a field in a CSV file you'll need to manually type in the field name. You'll want to type it into the text entry area labeled "placeholder for the property with the name".
