Header saving/opening

Post by Kaj Fischer Holm »

When I reopen a file with a Header in Hebrew, saved under a name written in either Hebrew or Latin script, the header seems to have disappeared. Can anybody explain why? Kaj

I haven't ever seen such a problem before, would you be able to send us an example file where the header has disappeared? Please use the menu Help > Send Feedback, thanks.

I'm not sure I understand what happened, that doesn't sound like any error message Nisus Writer would generate. Can you quote the full error message that was presented on your screen? Perhaps it would be easier for you to take a screenshot of the error and send an example document to the address below. Thanks.

Is your file saved as rtf?
The problem you describe would happen if your file is saved as txt.
