I need to re-edit a 20 year old manuscript that was created in NW 6.5. I thought NWP was supposed to be able to import NW Classic files properly, but it doesn't seem to be able to handle embedded graphics. When I open the old file in NWP the text imports but the graphics don't. Some graphics are there, some are totally missing, and some are partly there and partly missing. (I'm guessing the problem relates to how I made those graphics in 1996, but they all showed up fine in NW 6.5.)
Is there anything I can do to get the graphics back from the old file, or am I just going to have to recreate them?

Re: Importing files from NW 6.5
The problem may be related to how the graphics were created. Old PICT images can be problematic to transfer over to OSX. If you like, send an example file to us using the menu Help > Send Feedback. Please be sure to point out a specific graphic that did not import properly. Thanks.
