I am copying an odt file to NWP. some of the indents are Ok and most are not. I cannot move the various lines over to the right. How do you do it?
I placed the cursor at the beginning of the line and hit the space bar to move over; but nothing. I found that i had to hit enter 2x to move the line down 1 space and then hit delete 1x and then the line can be moved via the space bar. Is there an easier way or some setting that i need to either turn on or off?
Thank you.

Re: copy/paste numbered indent format...
There are a couple options here:
1. If you want to work through your list style, you'll want to adjust the "Item" and "Text" indents in the Lists palette.
2. If you want to increase the actual list level of the paragraphs, use the menu Format > Increase Indent. How much this will increase the indents is dependent on how the list is configured in your stylesheet.
3. If you just want to indent some paragraphs to an arbitrary amount, just drag-drop the blue "gumdrop" markers in the ruler. By adjusting the left and hanging indent markers, you'll position the list item and text respectively.
