Picture caption to stay with picture [Answered]

One can anchor pictures so that they move with the text. For example a picture that sits at the right side of the paragraph it is anchored to. Can there also be a picture caption attached to this picture that sits under the picture?

I couldn't find picture captions in this way. Maybe the caption needs to be part of the picture (which isn't that great, as you can't spell check the caption then).

Nevermind I see in this thread about tables that the answer is probably to have a small table, with the picture in one row and the caption in the next one.
