Borderless printing of images

Post by KieranH »

Hi

Currently working on paper where the text is to be indented, while a strip of images is to be inserted down the long edge of the page, to be printed full-bleed on a borderless printer.

I have set the text indent in the styles, and have created a new "Image" style with no indents. I am struggling to get the images to print to the edge of the page however.

Is there a way to make the margins less than 0.42cm (i.e. 0 cm)?

I also can't get the image tight against the edge of the margin. There is always a slight white gap. Is there a way to overcome this?

Many thanks

It sounds like you are putting the images in-line. I would make the images float. This allows you to have the images in the margin, and even overlapping the edge of the page.

Fantastic phspaelti.

Thanks for that. Sometimes the simplest things are the easiest to overlook...
