I'm sorry you experience difficulties. However, I don't think this is the appropriate forum for your problem.
If I understand your situation correctly, you've asked on the forum of a Macintosh word processor about a Windows Web browser.
Nonetheless, there may be a command somewhere (in a "View" menu?) that enables you to make the text appear larger or smaller. Try that. We're very friendly and helpful people here, so someone with more knowledge of Windows and IE may give you better information.
May I suggest you get a Macintosh? That might resolve the situation.

Tools > Toolbars > Customize… where you can add Text Size.

I appreciate the silly graphics, and Mark's genuine helpfulness, but I suspect this is some kind of submarine spam. Right now I find no evidence that this thread is anything but off-topic, but perhaps in a day (or a month) some bot behind this thread will sneak in a hyperlink.
