Sometimes after putting the computer to sleep and then waking it up again, Nisus is completely unresponsive when selected from the Dock or by cmd-tabbing.
Nisus _seems_ to come to the front because the Nisus menu bar appears across the top, but typing cmd-Open (or selecting Open) simply gets a burp with nothing on the screen.
However, going to Spaces and selecting the Space to which Nisus is assigned brings Nisus forward -- together with a stack of Open dlg corresponding to each cmd-O execution or Open selection.
So what is happening is that Nisus responds to cmd-O, but responds in a different Space than the Space in which the Nisus menu bar appears.
This does not happen with any other application I use, so I assume it is a bug. Whether a Nisus bug or Apple Spaces bug, don't know. But it's a bug.
