Page numbers in Arabic...

..that is: ١ ٢ ٣ ٤ etc. The complete text is in Arabic, but the numbering ist 1 - 2 - 3 etc. I can not change the script in the page numbers.

An other question: how can I continue in a second document with the numbering of the first one. The first document ends with 166 and the second one should start 167 ?
