"Distribute Rows Evenly" in Table
Nisus Pro (2.0.4) allows the user to even out the height of a series of rows in a table, by selecting "Distribute Rows Evenly" from the "Table" menu. However, Nisus seems to make up its own mind in fixing the actual height of the selected rows, not allowing user control over the height. There should be a feature allowing the user to determine the height of the evened-out rows.

Re: "Distribute Rows Evenly" in Table
The "Distribute Rows Evenly" command just tries to maintain the existing total row height after the equalization occurs (ie: the rows should use the same vertical space before and after the command). The only exception is if one of the rows being equalized needs to enforce a taller height. In that case this taller height is used for all rows.
Even though Nisus Writer doesn't have any way to numerically set the height of the equalized rows, you can grab the lower-left resize hotspot of the entire table to resize all rows proportionally at the same time. This will let you maintain equal row heights, but increase/decrease the total height as you please.
I hope this helps, please let us know if you have any questions.
