Anchoring a line on both ends

Anchoring a line on both ends

I don't see how to format a line in Nisus that will expand and shrink in width as page margins change. Sort of like having it anchored on both ends.

Well you could use a paragraph border...

Philip is right, the best way to accomplish this is via paragraph borders. Just turn on the bottom edge of the border. I'm attaching an example that shows the results, and a few other less-effective strategies.
