I uses version 2.0.6 and the latest Bookends version, 12.0.5. Today when I scan the document I discover that there are no pictures in the resulting output, just picture placeholders (rectangles with a cross over them).
What gives? I had updated both NWP and Bookends before I scanned a document, so Nisus might well be "innocent". Although I can't understand why a scan would nuke the pictures.

Re: No pictures after Bookends scan in the created document
We've communicated privately about this issue, but just for the sake of the forum: this appears to be a new bug in Bookend's RTF scanning feature. Basically the image data is getting corrupted during the scan, which is why NWP just displays placeholders afterwards. Sonny Software has been made aware of the problem and they'll work on getting this fixed.
