Making columns in Nisus Writer Pro 1.4.2
I would like to separate my page into two columns. I have done searches but cannot figure out how to do this. Is it even possible? I don't want make a table. Thank you!!!

It is definitely possible: you will want to use the Columns palette to increase the number of columns to two. Because columns are controlled on a per-section basis, you will find the palette in the sections palette group (the blank page icon at the top of the tooldrawer), or via the menu Window > Palettes > Columns.
If you need to have a document with multiple column configurations, eg: 1 column for the title page, 2 columns for the TOC, back to 1 column for the main content, etc, you will need to insert section breaks. Each section can have its own independent number of columns.
