Nisus Pro "Damaged or Incomplete" so can't be opened

Do I simply download Nisus Pro and replace the old? Will my registration be recognized?

Yes. Simply replace the old copy of the NWP app with the new one. Your registration will be recognized because it is not stored in the NWP app itself.
