There should be an option to lock images. Page, position on the page, size, margins, everything. Just lock an image as if frozen. Sometimes, though not always (I don’t spot a pattern), they move slightly, and it’s annoying. You are forced to go through the book before printing or exporting to pdf. I guess this could be done right away.
