trackpad scroll has been disabled

I appear to have pressed some combination of keys that has disabled the trackpad scroll function. Now when I do the usual two-finger up-down motion to scroll through the document, the only bit that scrolls is the spelling window. How do I turn normal scrolling back on?

This is a known bug. You'll just have to quit Nisus and restart.
