Calibri font in MS Office but missing from Nisus Pro 2x

I have Microsoft Office for bits and pieces.
I notice in updating to El Capitan that the Calibre font is missing in my Nisus Pro but still available in my MS Office.
It must be somewhere in the system.

I use Calibri to send documents to our School for printing and its absence from Nisus is causing havoc.

My library does not seem to have the old familiar 'Font Book'

I am not sure what to do. Advice would be appreciated.

In NWP, press Command-T to invoke the system-wide Font pane available in Cocoa apps.
Select "All Fonts" in the Collection column. Calibri should appear under Family column:

You can add Calibri to Favorites as explained here:

As for Font Book, it is in Applications folder.

Thank you, I followed your instruction. Calibre font is not listed.
So it is being stored elsewhere by MS Office.
The MS Office (2016) is installed on my hard disk not in a cloud..
Unfortunately I over wrote my old CC back up so I can't hunt for it in the old system library.
