Symbol instead of space when copying from Hebrew pdf

hi,

when i copy an Hebrew text from a pdf document to Nisus, symbols (cross) appear instead of spaces (see attached screen shot). I tried both "paste" and "paste text only". Same result.

Any solution?

If the dagger symbol occurs consistently you can use PowerFind Pro to replace it.
In 'Find what' box enter \x{2020}
In 'Replace with' box enter \x{0020}
Press the 'Replace All' button.
Run this on a test copy of the file.
