Nisus Writer Pro is giving me some very strange behavior today! I closed all applications and restarted my computer, but the problem persists.
I copied the contents of an email and pasted it into Nisus. In Nisus the pasted text contains foreign characters, Russian, Cyrillic, or something like that. All I did was copy and paste. How and why do the foreign alphabet characters appear.
I have done this many times before, an nothing like this has ever happened.
Most importantly, how can I stop it from happening?
Thank you,
Roger

Re: Unwanted Russian or Cyrillic characters in copy/paste
Hello Roger, I'm sorry about the copy-paste trouble. It's most likely a problem in character encoding or decoding. How are you viewing this email? Are you using Apple Mail? If so, would you be able to forward/redirect the email to us for testing? If we can reproduce the problem we should be able to determine the cause, to see if it's a bug in Nisus Writer or something else. Here's the email address you can use:
