spell check not refreshing

When I have a document open.. with Palette Dock open. I have selected check spelling as I go and the Language Palette open.

If there is a misspelled word.. it will be underlined, but suggestions will not be shown in the Language Palette. If I tab away from that document and come back it will give suggestions of correct words.

Also, if the word is spelled correctly, there will not synonym suggestions, unless I tab away.

Using Version: 3.0.3

Edit: I just downloaded 3.0.1 and this problem doesn't exist in that version.

This seems to be a new bug in version 3.0.3. The Language palette doesn't always refresh itself automatically. You can force a refresh in a variety of ways (eg: resize the palette), but naturally that's quite a nuisance. We'll definitely get this fixed for the next software update.
