Line spacing problem in lists
See the following. The first line of each list item has a larger line spacing. How do I fix that. It is ugly.

Based on the screenshot you provided, the unwanted spacing is likely caused by the list bullet character you've chosen. That triangular arrow ▷ may trigger font substitution, which means a fallback font with different metrics will change the line height. On my Mac the fallback font happens to be Hiragino.
Here are a few solutions:
1. Use a different list bullet character.
2. Change the line spacing to a fixed line height.
3. Change the font of your list style's bullet (the triangular arrow) to something that harmonizes with your document font.
4. Change your document text's font to something that includes the triangular arrow.
