Page-numbering

I apologise for asking such a beginnerish question, but how do I insert page-numbering into an existing document in the RTF-format ?

We're happy to help! To insert a page number you use the menu:

Insert > Automatic Number > Page Number

Those automatic numbers can appear anywhere, but mostly people want to insert them into headers or footers. To do that you need Page View to be active, click into the header/footer area, and then insert the number where you want it. After you've inserted the number you can align it using paragraph formatting or tabs.
