Hi,
I've followed the instructions on pp. 513ff on the PDF Help File, but I cannot get Comments to print. The main text is shrunken down so they would fit, and in fact I see the comments themselves in the margin in the Mac Print Dialog. But when I print, they are not there.
OS 10.14.6 running NWP 3.2.2
Thank you!

I can confirm that Comments fail to show in a PDF document generated via the Print Dialog, in both Mojave and Monterey. However, they do show in PDF documents generated via the Export As PDF command in the File menu.
Cheers,
Adrian

Adrian,
Thank you! That worked, and I'm a happy camper! I didn't think to try that.

Re: Can't Print Comments (3.2.2 on Mojave)
That's interesting. I cannot reproduce this problem no matter how I generate the PDF. Exporting a PDF from the Print dialog always works correctly on my Mac (currently running Monterey).
What happens if you adjust the comments setting in the print dialog? Can someone please try this:
1. Open the print dialog.
2. Uncheck the "print comments" checkbox.
3. Check the "print comments" checkbox back on.
4. Save the PDF.
Does that correctly include the comments?
Well, I'm glad to hear that using the menu Export as PDF is a reliable workaround!

Yes, that seems to work, in both Mojave and Monterey.
