Files Locked

I upgraded to 3.3 two weeks ago. Now every new document and every old document shows with "file locked." Unfortunately I have not been able to find an answer on how to unlocked an existing file, and how to prevent all future files from being locked.

Any help would be greeatly appreciated.

Finally got a work around so, good to go.

Just curious, what was the cure?

Never could figure it out. So I restarted, didn't work. Restarted again, and finally everything worked. Have no idea how or why.
