Section dividers, when at paragraph's end, may be pushed out of view, as shown below.
I think the old way (the divider always below paragraph and spanning full width) was OK. Now it is more clear when a section break comes right at the end of a paragraph (that is, not after a newline, that may cause an unexpected blank page), but it is sometimes impossible to tell which kind of break you are using, as the writing is hidden--esp. when the last line ends up close to the margin.
Please, consider restoring the old way, or find a better one to show, at a glance possibly, what the layout is. In draft view, at least.

Sorry to harp on about this, but I still think that section dividers should be conspicuous. Please find a way to make them always visible, in draft view at least. I am not begging for a new feature — I'm just asking to restore an old one. Greetings, Henry.
