Bullet points
Bullet points
Is there any way to add new bullet types to Nisus Writer Pro? Love the program, it does all I need but could use a few more bullet point options.

Re: Bullet points
You can actually configure NWP to use any bullet you like:
1. Apply a list style to your document (or select the list style level in the stylesheet view).
2. Use the Lists palette to set the type to bullet (click the "•" mode/tab).
3. Edit the field marked "bullet" as you choose.
If you want this list style available in all new document you create, just add it to your Nisus New File (which can be edited in the "New File" preferences, under "Advanced").
I hope that helps, let us know if you have any questions.

How do you edit the field marked "bullet"? There are several "wingding" based bullets that I like to use.

Re: Bullet points
Just select the field's text and type (or paste) whatever character you please:
You may find it helpful to browse all available character symbols using the menu Edit > Special Characters. If you want to use a character that is only found in the Wingdings font, then you'll have to apply Wingdings to your list level style, in the stylesheet.
