Lost Macros

I used to have macros for numbering a list, and also alphabetizing list (either A to Z; Z to A; or Alpha to Omega). I seem to have lost all these, either with Snow Leopard or NWP Beta Three. Does anybody know how I can get them back? Thanks

Were these macros which you composed or macros that came with previous versions of nisus?
do you have a backup of your previous system HD?
