Strange automatic style application during Bookends scan

Hi to all,

I have the latest versions of both Nisus Writer Pro and Bookends. When I scan a document through Nisus, the scan works fine, but when I go back to the main Nisus document, I have large parts or the entire main text (I use footnotes) with the "Footnote Reference" style applied to it automatically. This is despite the fact that I have "stripped" all parts of the document of any style before scanning with Bookends. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to avoid it?

Hi rostam- you'll want to contact Bookends about this matter. They handle the RTF scanning.
