I like to work with the tools drawer closed but it's not something I can really do if I'm frequently changing the font characteristics. Is there a way to put that in a toolbar, so it's an easy one click, or should there be?

Re: font character options in toolbar?
Hi Jeff,
There's no built-in toolbar button for controlling fonts, but you can make one. Nisus Writer Pro has a feature that lets you turn any menu into a toolbar item:
1. Choose the menu View > Toolbar > Add Custom Toolbar Item.
2. From the creation dialog, select the menu you'd like to use (eg: the "All Fonts" menu) and an icon.
3. Click the "Add Item" button.
4. You should see that the toolbar item has been added (in the rightmost position). You can drag it around to move it where you please.
I hope that helps!
