This is not a biggie. I’m having trouble maintaining a set default zoom view for new documents.
What I’ve done is under Preferences, choose New File, then Nisus New File.dot, then Open For Editing, and then set the zoom on the Nisus New File.dot document at 125%. Suggestions? (It’s prob’ly an easy fix…)

What you've described should work just fine. One quick sanity check: did you make sure to Save the Nisus New File template after you made the changes to the zoom?
