Disable spellchecking globally

Hello,

Since I couldn't find an answer in either the User Guide or here:
How do I disable spellchecking in Nisus Writer Pro? Not just for a section aut sim. but 'globally' so that I don't have it activated automatically with every new document.

1. Open Preferences
2. Choose Advanced
3. Select the "Nisus New File" and click on "Open for Editing…"
4. In the open "Nisus New File.dot" make sure "Check Spelling As You Type" is unchecked, save and close

Quite generally, any settings you want to be common to all new files can be set in the "Nisus New File". Note however that Nisus also has two other "New Files" one for plain text files and one for macros, so you might need to adjust those as well.
