While perhaps the most common use of comments is, as illustrated in their fictional use here, the exchange of ideas among co-workers, you can use comments for all kinds of tasks. A couple of these are described below in the section:”Use comments as a “hidden text” feature“. If your work-flow includes one or another of these methods, you can export all your comments and use that text in other documents.
► Choose the menu command: Tools > Comments > Export All Comments….
This creates a new Nisus Writer Pro document with the name “‘Filename’ - Comments” containing all the comments added to your document, including the author of the comment and the date it was added.
